A few useful answers
What is the difference between Hosting and Managed?
Both provide 5 GB and the same hosting resources. Hosting covers the infrastructure; you maintain the application. Managed adds agreed WordPress and plugin updates and website care.
Does Reseller include managed care for every customer?
No. Each client has a separate CWP login, and the reseller manages their websites and support. Extra capacity or care is quoted according to the agreement.
Can I sign up or pay now?
Not yet. We are testing account creation, payment confirmation and hosting activation. Public registration and checkout remain closed; existing clients can sign in.
Do you handle migrations?
We can assess a migration from your current provider. Tell us the domain, panel and application so we can agree the scope.
Who manages the infrastructure?
Noostrid manages the hosting infrastructure, with operations and support coordinated from Athens.
